i hope that training has been awesome!
Train hard, but at the same time everyone should seriously take care of your legs (especially wenqi!) :D be healthy babies! (: haha.

but i seriously miss seeing my hippy netball sweethearts! (: and eat CHICKEN LIKE CAVE WOMEN AGAIN! hahahha. okay!

Btw...training will resume next MON (4th May) with the new intakes.
Recreational training will be WED (6th May), Yunhua and I(shunzhen; PANDA) will be in charge of them so people, you need not come down if you r not free! Heex
